The leasing and move-in process has been very smooth. The office staff, especially my leasing agent De’Aria, are amazing. My unit is freshly renovated top to bottom, and they are very responsive with any questions and concerns I have had. I’m looking forward to being part of this community.
When we first moved in, this complex felt upscale, quiet, and very well maintained. The apartments themselves are modern, comfortable, and the overall property had a very clean and almost “pristine” feel to it. It honestly felt like a really nice, somewhat prestigious place to live. Over time though, the overall atmosphere and quality of the community has noticeably declined. The apartments are nice , HOWEVER, De’aria needs to learn how to count. I paid the administrative deposit of $200 and I was quoted 3 different move in prices , 1st time , damn bear $3300, 2nd time, $2962 and last time $1799. So I get the money order for that amount, take it to the office and gives it to her. She looks at me and says” this is your security deposit, you need $1379 for February pro rated rent”…girl are you ok, like seriously, I’m not paying that for no apartments I got my money order back , cashed it out and pa... read more
