De’Aria was very kind and professional. Showed me three different apartments. Very informative. Answered my questions.
Every week, the trash piles up like it's the Cordova landfill. It's completely unsanitary and inexcusable. The office has been informed of this MANY times. Various animals come in and cause problems on top of the disturbing piles of trash. This problem never happened before this complex was bought. The sad part is, the picture that is attached isn't even as bad as it gets. It MIGHT get cleaned up once a week.
