April 25, 2026 So I have been living here a little under 2 months. Many of the reviews are true about the trash compactor, it does fill up but that's due to only having one trash compactor for the entire community and every Monday maintenance cleans it up. Pros: The price & location of the community is great & I like where I'm located within the community. I don't have any pest issues within the home. It's very quiet & I feel safe. Every week, the trash piles up like it's the Cordova landfill. It's completely unsanitary and inexcusable. The office has been informed of this MANY times. Various animals come in and cause problems on top of the disturbing piles of trash. This problem never happened before this complex was bought. The move in process was super easy and the leasing staff is great. The grounds are neat and they do clean it up every weekday. When I first moved in, the apartments were still pretty empty but now it’s full. They feel pretty safe since not many people know they exist. The kids all play together and the adults are pretty nice. There are people that leave trash everywhere and there’s stray cats that live on the grounds. i've had a great experience living here so far. property is well maintained, clean, and has a welcoming atmosphere that really makes it feel like home. the management team is pretty cool i think the young lady Dearia assisted me she was great ! my requests are always completed in a timely manner which i really appreciate.
