I called Mid America to come fix my dishwasher and look at my refrigerator because the refrigerator wasn't making ice. At the first visit the Service rep. replaced the heating element in my dishwasher and determined I needed a water valve for the refrigerator in order to fix the problem. He ordered the water valve and scheduled a second visit to come replace it. I paid $190.00 at the time of service when the service rep. came to replace the water valve. The staff at Mid America were great on the phone and in person. I was treated with respect, and the service was fast. The part I needed was in stock it was pulled and awaiting my purchase. I was able to save $170 On one trip to Mid America. Thanks the Henry's

Was actually referred to this local business by a Lowe's employee. I called with questions about a dryer heating element. Very friendly, and extremely helpful! I took my old element in and they tested it for me (for free!) to make sure that was actually the problem. It was...and minutes later, she was handing me the part right off the shelf! Even called another employee over to give me instructions on how to install it! Great Customer Service! Thanks so much!

Never showed up, receptionist was rude and hung up on me. Refused to give me the real bosses name and number. Will never do business with this company again!!!! Very BAD Company !!!!!!!!!!
