Well experience and down to earth personality. Phil is really nice mortgage planner and full of experience. I don’t know much about mortgage and etc. but Phil and company helped me lot. Thank you.
Don't do it. He'll woo you with an easy process, cookies, welcome gifts, etc. and then he turns around and sells your mortgage to the highest bidder. I haven't even had my house a year and I'm on my 3rd company and now my inbox is full of spam. Buy yourself some cookies and go somewhere else. They'll go above and beyond for you... before they put you on the sales block.
