Worst lender we’ve ever worked with. Worked with Vona Garza. She was extremely rude to us, hard to reach/never answered the phone, and very disorganized. From running our credit without our permission to finding out at the closing that they had told us the wrong amount to bring for closing costs, every step of the process was extremely difficult and stressful. Chris Martinez was amazing! I highly recommend him. He keeps in touch with you throughout the whole process and any questions you have he will answer them immediately. We had a great experience with him and made the process go smoothly and easy.
Our experience was extremely unpleasant. Very pushy, lack of communication, didn't explain parts or process of the loan. With this being our first house, we weren't familiar with terms, buying points, and our actual mortgage payment. Had it not been for our realtor explaining everything to us, we would've been lost.
