We live in the South County area, and we found our salesman, Steve Schillinger, very knowledgeable by way of how he answered our questions. He contacted us later to find out if we had any questions about the bid he sent to us by email, and he was able to schedule the work to be done within one week. The workers Mid America sent were professional. Dave and his assistant were in and out of the house within 2 to 2 1/2 hours tops. They placed tarps down, and we're quite satisfied with how they left things.
