I have seen Dr. Manion for over 20 years. She is always professional and caring about getting the exams and lens prescriptions right. I always go to her office with confidence that I will get the best care.

I'm very nearsighted and was very clear I wanted glasses for working around the house, kitchen, shop, etc. Dr Manion did not understand and gave me a distance prescription that did not work for me. After the third visit I gave up and cut my loses. The clinic was very gracious and refunded to me the cost of the eyeglasses. The doctor fees were not refunded.

Avoid this place!! I immediately got a weird feeling when I walked into the door. It didn’t take long before I noticed the tension in the air from the receptionist to the doctor to the assistants. When dr Manion told me I didn’t need to return for one year I knew I wasn’t returning, ever. The man in front of me checking out needed glasses and was told the person that assists with glasses is only there in the morning. Dr. Manion was on time for my appointment. My glasses were great, especially for my computer! I will refer my family to her and return next year!

I went here for a basic eye exam with Dr. Annette Manion and will never go back!! If there was a zero star option I would select that. I had to make 3 different appointments here just to reconfirm the same glasses prescription and contact prescription that I already had. She recommended changes to my prescriptions that actually made my vision worse. Her bedside manner on all three occasions were completely rude. The office also billed my insurance improperly.
