It was made very clear to his employer that no training whatsoever was included in the agreement, just the test. If he had read the agreement, he would know this as his employer did. Do not use this company for any NCCER testing needs. Very unprofessional, and a complete rip off. Charged us $360 to “proctor” 20 question test with no simple refresher, or any support whatsoever. In my whole career this is probably one of the biggest scams in the industry I have ever encountered. Dont waste your $$!!
