The customer support was very unprofessional from Christina after I called to ask about the company they hired for us. She was talking over me with another person after asking me for my address then asked me why I needed to ask questions with an attitude. I was calling about an unfinished job and wanted to know the company name.

Wonderful service. I had six different issues to deal with. Leyla took my call and calmly dealt with who to send to work at my house. Bruce came and was really fantastic to work with in trouble shooting the problems and calmly going about fixing them, explaining along the way what and why he was doing what he did. Resolved lower level lights not working due to a malfunctioning breaker in our circuit breaker box.
