The customer support was very unprofessional from Christina after I called to ask about the company they hired for us. She was talking over me with another person after asking me for my address then asked me why I needed to ask questions with an attitude. I was calling about an unfinished job and wanted to know the company name.

We had some complicated issues with our generator, not starting, especially in cold weather. But the technician was outstanding identified the problems and everything is functioning as it should. Thank you very much.

Wonderful service. I had six different issues to deal with. Leyla took my call and calmly dealt with who to send to work at my house. Bruce came and was really fantastic to work with in trouble shooting the problems and calmly going about fixing them, explaining along the way what and why he was doing what he did. Resolved lower level lights not working due to a malfunctioning breaker in our circuit breaker box. The power grid in St. Louis is pretty unreliable for a modern American city. My wife and I have been talking about getting a generator installed at our home for some time, and we finally went forward with the project this summer.
