No one showed or called for my 9:00 am drain cleaning. I expressed I had appointments leading into the day and if they could not be here at 9:00 to call before because I can’t sit around all day. They assured me they would be there or call before hand, this did not happen. I was left waiting and decided to just cancel my appointment. Absolutely outstanding experience with Mid-America Train in Valley Park! From the moment I called, the customer service was exceptional; friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. They charged me over $700 to look at a drain blockage and tell me that they can't do it and I need to hire someone else. I ended up having to call someone else out last minute who actually fixed the issue, a few hours after Mid America Drain Services said they couldn't accomplish. I guess there is a reason this place requires a credit card on file before they accomplish any "work". I would not go with this company, there are plenty of other good plumbers in the area.

Brock, plumber was an absolute content expert. Very tidy, willing to explain in detail the solution for the job. Highly recommend Mid America Drain!

I would give 10 stars if it was an option. Very knowledgeable, worked quickly, explained everything as he went along. I felt pricing was very fair. Less than $100 more than renting the equipment with no guarantee it would work. Brock was my technician, I would highly recommend him and this company over all. I fought this for 2 weeks trying to rent equipment ect. In the future if needed I will call them right away.
