I have never been so disappointed by a business. I battle cancer when this virus hit. I ended up losing all my teeth and went here for denture. I paid for the one that are made to go with implants if you should need or want them. Well I lost my phone and when I replaced I replaced it forgot to call them with my new number. Was told months ahead my insurance would cover dentures, was even called twice and set up for an appointment, AFTER I got the x-rays and talked to the dentist an old gal that had okayed my insurance a few days before, came in and said things had changed, she kept calling my insurance till she got someone that didnt scroll down the whole page and said I wasnt covered when really I was, they then tryed to charge me $144.00. BEWARE: I made a 10:00 appointment for a crown on a tooth with a recent root canal. Told them it was a 3 hour trip for me. When I got in they checked my mouth and said they could do the crown tomorrow! Charged me $55 for the visit and basically told me it was my tough luck that they didn't have time for me even though that is what I drove 3 hours for! Do not trust this outfit!

update; 2/20/19 I was called back by Shawna who proceeded to argue about the denture cost stating it was 1800 and not 2000. regardless the work in the issue not the cost! I have never seen worse customer service or more rude people ever! She stated that it was my fault the dentures were not holding up the way they should. I ended the call by hanging up as she degraded me. I recently went to them for a checkup, have had great service from them in the past, and even purchased hearing aids from them. Brian ******* is a great dentist. But I do have a complaint. During my check up,the hygienist informed me I needed a procedure to deep clean gum line bacterial build up. I was quite adamant that if the procedure was not covered by my insurance, I did not want to have it done at this time. I was given wrong information by the front desk, and it caused mass confusion. I was told by the front desk upon payment that I did have options of what type of filling that was to be used on my son. No one came to get me to discuss these options. They used the most expensive type. As a parent, I felt someone should have talked with me. After much going back and forth, the front desk was told by Dr. ******* that there is only one type of filling. I later found that this is not what is indicated on their website.
