Last time I used this facility for a blood draw (in 2020) it was very easy to walk in. A warning is on the line that walk-ins may not be accepted. I tried to schedule an appointment in the automated system but after 5 minutes I hit a snag and needed to talk to an agent. The response was that "this automated system doesn't have access to customer agents". I was given the choice of continuing with the automated system or exiting the call. I exited and will drive to Indianapolis or Lafayette if necessary to use a different lab.

Trying to figure out why it's taken 5 hours for them to fax results to my doctor. I'm giving 1 star, sense iv been on hold a hour and noone will answer. Fast service while your there, not so great when you leave and are waiting for results.
