Completely unfriendly service, Kylee treated me like a number and she was very unpleasant and moody. Unprofessional. When she wanted me to put my arm down in order to draw blood, she pushed my arm without instructing me to move it. I asked her to be friendlier and explain to me what she wanted me to do. She also asked me to pay 50 dollars out of pocket which I never had to pay for my annual blood work. It was always fully covered by my insurance, which hasn't changed. Really doesn't make me look forward to coming here.
Staff was not very friendly
