Website says open at 7. Sign on door says 8. Still no one here at 8:15
There’s no point to making an appointment. You’ll end up waiting 30 minutes.
Be aware that their hours have changed. I wish they would at least post their hours on the DOOR!!! People are showing up like I did at 7 in the morning and the hours are not posted. Two mornings in a row I have showed up for a fasting blood draw and no one is there. So be aware that they do not open until 8 A.M.
I want to clarify that this review is for the lab in West Lafayette in the Center for Healthy Living and that I have utilized this lab about 5 times annually. This lab has gone down in every way in the 5 years I have been using it. It used to be fast and accurate with great customer service. None of this is true now. I would give details but this lab has stolen enough of my time and energy. Seriously considering going to one of the labs that would cost more money out of pocket.
