I thought I would quickly get my blood work taken care of right before doing my grocery shopping. Turns out, if you are a walk-in, you are last in line to those who have appointments. Waited 2 hours, had enough of wasting my day waiting, and left. Will try to get an appointment for tomorrow but they really should not be taking walk-ins at this point.

Good Grief! Please hire someone to answer the phones! Going through several minutes of useless information. Just have simple question(s) that was eventually answered in under 10 seconds. The person I eventually connected to was nice and helpful (which is why I gave 2 stars) but good grief fix your phone system people.
The hours posted for Saturday is in correct! I got up early on my day off to get labs done and it was a waste of time They are closed!!!!!!!
Can’t call to make an appointment!
