Unprofessional.
Good Grief! Please hire someone to answer the phones! Going through several minutes of useless information. Just have simple question(s) that was eventually answered in under 10 seconds. The person I eventually connected to was nice and helpful (which is why I gave 2 stars) but good grief fix your phone system people.
The hours posted for Saturday is in correct! I got up early on my day off to get labs done and it was a waste of time They are closed!!!!!!!

My husband JUST left here ... very frustrated. He had two written orders for tests. Sat in blood-draw chair for 30 minutes because they couldn't read the physician's writing & had to wait for fax from MD. They finally figured out the draw without needing fax. The other order required a kit for him to take home. They were out & told HIM to call around! Seriously??!!! Tech said, yeah, they're on back order and we're understaffed!
