This POS incompetent company keeps sending me collections notices and texts because they didn't Bill my insurance. It is impossible to talk to a live person without spending forever on the phone, I've never gotten a live person to inform them of their incompetence and to provide my insurance information again so this POS company can get their $13. This incompetent POS company should be put out of business!!!!!!!!!
Woman working at the front desk was very RUDE. Went in for a COVID antibody test. I work in public relations and I would never speak to someone the way she did. I will never use this place ever again.
Mo did a great job. I get kinda nervous but one stick, no mistakes. Couldn't ask for better.
MO was EXCELLENT has a great personality but remember they are very busy so sometimes patience is required
