Such a friendly and supportive staff. My mom really enjoyed not only her experience at MAAG but the quality of service received.
Friendly, efficient, quality
The hearing exam was poorly done. Saying "yes" to hearing a sound provided an unnecessary distraction to the exam. Losing concentration. Go back to depressing the indicator. Waited two weeks for follow up and no calls. Called insurance company and they said they were waiting for mid america to send the paperwork. The agent called mid america to inform them they could move forward. Time for me to find another audiology.
