Horrible company. Even worse employees. Specifically, an employee by the name of Garrett Luttmann. He showed up to our house late, twice. Additionally, he had a very bad attitude and disregarded everything I said. I think that this company is a crony company for larger insurance companies such as Amica to produce results that will favor the insurance company. Think twice before using this company and Amica as well.
