Terrible service. He never answers his phone. NEVER. He had my ‘93 F150 for one month. It was dying when the throttle was applied from a stand-still. Owner said he drove the truck and nothing happened (not true). After waiting a month, we rescued the truck. A few things happened when we picked it up. The tire was completely flat and destroyed from driving with a flat and the hood was left open for days (or weeks) in the rain. I wanted to help this place get started in Albertville Al. I got totally shafted! My 2017 Expedition with 3.5 Ecoboost needed cam phasers and maybe more. He seemed to be very nice and knowledgeable. I paid him $1500 for payment on parts and then couldn't ever get ahold of him. Couldn't catch him at the shop either, wouldn't return phone calls. *only posting 2 stars because they’re harder to delete than 1 star reviews* Took my 21 F250 to get tuned and deleted, price was steep but figured with almost full 5 stars you get what you pay for. Come to find out I paid for full support ECM and TCM tuning and the never bought TCM tunes and only got limited support ECM tunes based on the tuning company. Called them up they were supposed to fix it over Memorial Day but I couldn’t get my truck up there because I needed it called back and was told they’d give me their schedule ... read more
This guy has absolutely no issue taking your money and not getting the job done. I would not recommend him to anyone.
Very unsatisfied, one star rating is too much. Vehicle is worse than before they even worked on it. Kept it for a long time (both times). Sloppy work and poor craftsmanship. Used the painted front bumper for a freaking step. I am very upset and disappointed. A big waste of my time and MONEY....... I'll not be back so no need for anymore of my info.
