Reached out with remote problems. Shipped it to them, with in 5 days of receiving it i had answers to what's wrong and actions to take. 2 days later its fixed and returning to me. Very easy company to deal with and everyone is super helpful and friendly.

We started with Microtronics through our local Steelmaster Dealer and when he closed up, Microtronics stepped up to help keep us running! Their Equipment, Parts and Service is very reliable and durable. Many of our 'Wireless Remote Control Units' have been on several different trucks now as we replaced the trucks!
