Great service! Family oriented!
Don’t believe the 5 star reviews. They flag all the bad ones. Mine has been removed over and over. But I’m going to keep posting it. The manager Kim is horrible and treated me very badly when I got hearing aids through them. I would never recommend anyone to go here… ever. If she doesn’t like seeing bad reviews about the business than maybe instead of flagging the bad ones, she should work on treating people better so they won’t leave bad reviews.. just a thought.

I was seen here in November 2024 and the provider that I saw gave me a hearing test and determined I needed hearing aids. I have a health condition that causes my ability to hear to decline over time. The provider was great, however the support staff is rude and negligent in their responsibilities. They do not follow up to make sure your hearing aide prescription gets filled.
