Went there in person yesterday to book a room because there’s a huge tornado threat for the area and I wanted my family to feel more safe in a building instead of staying in our trailer, I told her I would like from Sunday to Tuesday. She booked me for Saturday that day I came in and took a $220 deposit and said she would send me a email that I never got when I went there the next day Which is today They told me they booked me for the day before and they’re all out of rooms. HORRIBLE!!!! Honestly stay absolutely anywhere else. My husband and I were only there one night and we couldn’t leave fast enough. To start out we get there, and wait to check in for over 15 minutes because they don’t have a good system and it’s extremely out dated (like I mean signing a legit piece of paper, printing it out and everything), just took forever. Very sad that a place like this is not taking care of. The room was dirty, counters had some king of strawberry juice on it, shower looked like hasn’t been clean in days, no towels. We had to find another place at the last minute. I don’t know about other places but the one in Milford De I do not recommend.
Last minute stay here went well. Needed a room for the night. I booked online and check in was easy. Room was clean and shower had hot water with good pressure. I ran into a woman walking out to salt the sidewalk and asked if she was the front desk person. It ended up being the GM of the location, and she was able to help me with extra soap and tooth paste.
