We arrived late at night, and some of our family members were already asleep when we discovered a piece of clothing left by a previous occupant of the room in the bathroom. We didn’t request a new room because some of us were asleep. When we went to turn the luggage cart back in, the elevator wouldn’t work. In the morning? Our key cards wouldn’t work after breakfast, so we had to get them reactivated.
Clean hotel and floors - I got a room on the 3rd floor. Friendly staff. Spacious room. Good pressure pans hot water. The room was functional. I like the seat by the window which functions as a sitting area or a valet for 2 carryons. Laundry on 3rd floor. Clean bathroom with sufficient towels for 2. Be careful when stepping in/out of the bathtub. For walking your dog you can go to the Candlewood dog rest area next door. Walmart is across the road.
