This property would receive zero stars if that were an option. Our company reserved ten rooms for a work event weekend, bringing substantial and repeat business to this hotel. Despite that ongoing relationship, the treatment we received upon arrival was shockingly unprofessional and completely inconsistent with even basic hospitality standards. Extremely small rooms, lacking electrical outlets. Dingy. Picked over/leftover breakfast offerings. Great water pressure.
Had to have them change the bedding. Had hairs all over it. Had orange-ish brown spots on the pillows and I have no clue what’s all over the walls. Curtains and disgusting.
this room sucks. bed was uncomfortable, pillows were huge and we had a dirty pillowcase. the AC sounded like it was built in 1950 it rattled all night...it was what you expect
