I dropped off my vintage Marantz amp, which was left to me by my father, for coming up on two years now, made an advance payment for the repair, and they still have not returned the equipment to me. Even stopped by and he said it was almost done and will get back to me. That was over 6 months ago. They never answer the phone or returning voice messages. HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH LARRY OR WHATEVER THE OWNER'S NAME IS!!!
Incompetent and unprofessional. Damaged my equipment (inputs are now bent and loose). Wouldn't provide even a partial refund. Lied about the price twice (clear bait and switch, then played dumb). Didn't fix ANY of my equipment's issues. He won't return phone calls. He told me it would take a week and it took 3 (ruining an event he assured me my equipment would be ready for). My experience with the shop was good, I would recommend it if you are patient. He repaired a boombox tape deck for me and overhauled it a little as part of the entrance fee.

Great service. Dropped a 1984 Akai graphic equalizer off with a pile of small issues and Microtech breezed through them in just a week or two, got it back and have been using it without issue. Will definitely be back!
