Use their services at our OWN RISK!!! I feel scammed by the owner or operators of this business. In July my laptop was fixed there but the next day, I started experiencing computer malfunction. fast forward three months later, i have gone there numerous times for almost the same issue but no permanent solution to help me. I had an ipad charging issue. Apple's offered solution: buy a new ipad. Mictrotech fixed my issue within minutes and cost $22.

Don't come here for any type of services. They replace my item with an inferior one and denied. Won't refund my purchase because I charged on my card. They told me the system can't do refund. What a bunch if BS. The whole staff try to gang up on you so you will give up. Surprised them, this guy don't give up easy. I have a 1 star because they have a negative one! These owners give Chinese people a bad name.
