Nice staff. One thing though, they applied my prescription wrong. They swapped the two sides and thankfully it was an easy fix. I went back and they swapped it back to right order after verifing what went wrong. Worst case would be they applied the prescription wrong and without knowing, it is causing harm to your eyes overtime. So just make sure you have super comfortable vision after wearing the glass.
Total lack of respect, my appointments have been canceled 3 times in a row. Every time they cancel they reschedule you for 3 or 4 months later. I have lost my eye care annual benefit because of this place.
Don't waste your money on $450 rimless glasses that only have a one year warranty and break every 6 months. Once you're past the dismal warranty for such an expense, you end up with a bunch of parts that are unusable and have to start at $450 all over again. Save yourself the pain and buy glasses online for 1/10th the price. Bonus: They don't break as much.
