I bought two Juniorscopes for my 6 year old twins for Christmas last year. They still use them daily a year later. Right now they're taking them outside early in the morning to try and get a look at snowflakes under the microscope. It's portable so they can take it out into the backyard when we're hanging around the house or they can stuff it in their backpacks when we go on a hike for the afternoon. Very bad experience. Got defective flex arm stand then I need to pay shipping back from Canada to USA + they want to charge me 10% because there is little scratches on joint of the stand. The scratches are on the moving joints of the stand. We have used very gently the stand for only 1h trying to get it stable then we shipped back the product. It is impossible to try the product without doing little scratches where there is two metal parts touching together and moving. I don't recommend. Very bad customer service. Personally... read more
