My manager Tom Driscoll was unhappy with my performance. I was unhappy with not having the resources/training/support I needed to do my job. At my review we were totally unable to come to a mutually beneficial path forward. So, after I received a negative performance review in light of all the obstacles I had to overcome, I started job hunting.
