I had a very disappointing experience with Microscale Industries Inc. The customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional, honestly one of the worst I have ever dealt with in my life. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Microscale Industries Inc.. The customer service was one of the worst I have ever dealt with. The support team was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful when I reached out for assistance. Instead of trying to resolve my issue properly, I felt ignored and spoken to in a very unprofessional manner. I would give zero star reviews if I could, I have placed an order with them online and they didn't shipped to me I called to customer support team, and asked about my order, they told me they don't have order I have provided my screenshot that I have ordered but they declined, and she was very rude and disrespectful, and hunged off the phone then i called and 3ven sent email they didn't reply me. They are rude disrespectful, and don't care about thiere customer, avoid this place . Just wasting of money.

Please Avoid Avoid they are scammer, rude disrespectful. I have placed an order from Canada ,when they shipped the order I I checked the invoice section in thiere website, no invoice was available, I called them and asked for invoice they were very rude and told me thiere is no invoice I need it for my business purposes how doesn't possible a manufacturer can't issue invoice??? Full scammer please don't waste your money.

Theresa Monroe was the rudest customer support lady I have ever dealt with and I make about a dozen calls a day. I asked why they don't support online sellers because its hurting the brand and she just gave me a nasty remark and hung up the phone.
