Recently I have bought decals on two occasions. The first time I was having trouble with the online shopping and called Microscale. Teresa helped me order just what I needed. The next order I called and spoke with Teresa again, she placed my order again. She is a very helpful and pleasant person to speak with. They were also very timely in getting my order to me. I was really surprised at how quick I received my order. Look forward to doing business with them again!

Back on January 20, 2021 I placed an order (PO# 73560) for a quantity of 2, Product ID: 48-304 Lehigh Valley Cab Diesels Decals, which were reissued O Scale RR water slide decals. Upon receiving these sets, I noticed that the strip decal sets were missing. This set of decals is worthless without the strip decals, so, I immediately contacted Microscale to inform them of this issue.
