Update: Both Toast and Cloudpoint Hospitality have reached out and have made these issues right and I am very happy with the outcome. If I could they would get 0 stars. Terrible customer service and their sales department definitely lies to you and doesn’t follow through with what’s agreed upon. Our sales person Joe Obando wasn’t true at all in most of everything he told us about fees with the system as well as processing fees. We switched from square to save money with toast as Joe assured us with the rate we would get afte... read more

they forget about you once you've purchased the system. the sevice is the worst. do yourself a favor and buy ANY other POS system
