Michael Duran with MicroPure provided the best value and service that went above and beyond what we could have hoped for. After seeing many 5 star reviews in our neighborhood, we knew Michael was the one to go with. We called him and within a day we had a consultation that provided us with detailed information about the MicroPure water softening system, and were given a demonstration with our actual water on the difference between what we had coming out of the faucet and what the water softener would do to improve our water.... read more
Mike was great. He took great care in installing the system through the wall. The system has worked flawless so far but it's only been about a month with it. I will update if things change. I'm satisfied so far.
Honest company, amazing water. Mike installed our water softener and reverse osmosis system a couple weeks ago. I love the softened water, dishes are easier to wash, soap lathers better, no more film on the glasses. The reverse osmosis water tastes amazing and is encouraging us to drink more water. The real review is that this is an honest company. My mom also has a Micropure system and went through a ton of salt one month. I was very pleased with the whole experience from my initial call to get information, to the very quick install appointment. The install went very smoothly. Mike answered all questions and made sure we fully understood how the system works, and did a great job on cleaning up. I am looking forward to a great relationship with Micropure.
