This the type of place that doesnt have ac takes your chairs says nobody can sit or use their phones while on shift then the supervisors go into a nice air conditioned room and sit on their phones in brand new chairs
They hosted a tour for Career Connect. My kid was absolutely amazed and inspired. It's a place you probably haven't heard of, and most likely don't understand what they do or make, but they are an amazing group of people. They were welcoming and encouraged questions and interaction. I hope they continue to grow in our region. We need good employers and everyone there seemed happy and productive according to the feedback I received. Inspired her to consider engineering. In 1971, I was the first controller in charge of accounting, purchasing, shipping & receiving when parent company was Amerace-Esna in Butler, NJ and offered me to relocate to Tn. For a short time, we also made bowling balls as well as the AceSil separators because of our full capacity working with natural and synthetic rubber. I was here a literal day and then fired me after my shift and I had left. The supervisor told me to stand there and watch the lady who was inspecting, he said just pay attention and you will be hands on tomorrow so I did what he said I stood there and watched for 10 hours. I leave the building after my shift and I get a call from the staffing company Elwood telling me I was let go because I wasn't trying to learn....the guy literally said just stand there and watch.
