I had a microneedling facial with Vicky today and it was a wonderful experience. She did an amazing job, very professional, gentle, and thorough. My skin felt great afterward, and I could tell she really knew what she was doing. Before booking, I saw a review that mentioned she charges $90 for aftercare products and that other places include them for free. Awful and unprofessional. I called to set up an appointment, letting her know I saw the Groupon and had questions. I have been doing microneedling for over 5 years and know exactly what to ask and how it works… she told me to not buy the Groupon and she would honor the price. I also talked to her the morning of my appointment also mention of the Groupon price. Once I got there she seemed irritated with having to honor that price, but then tried to gouge me with the aftercare kit. I have always had the aftercare kit included.... read more
