Hayden and Dave did a brilliant job on our Microhome. We couldn't be more pleased. There were some complications in the build resulting from us wanting large windows, accessibility features for an elderly mum and "mirror image" of the normal layout - i.e. bathroom at the other end to previous builds. It took over 12 months to get paid for significant publicity work for this mob. Had to take them to VCAT - won after 12 months the invoice was due. They now refuse to pay the interest for the overdue sum/amount forced by VCAT. They even defied the time limitations imposed by VCAT when to pay the long overdue invoice. A dodgy business process. No respect for suppliers. No respect for the rule of law. Be wary of planted reviews, they maybe fake.

Hayden's a great guy and nothing ever a trouble. Micro home layout is superb, the 3.2 metre depth makes all of the difference. Very well insulated, quiet and enjoyable to live in. Thanks!
Hayden was great to deal with from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend him personally as a business person, and I definitely recommend the Micro Homes. More roomy and spacious, well set out, no hidden dangers like stairs that don't have adequate safety. Big shower area. Real toilet. We are very happy with our purchase.
