I am a former employee of The Microgroup My experience there was subpar at best. Was disappointed to find such infighting among the employees. So much so that people were leaving and customer service was suffering. Hope they can implement better measures for customer appreciation and subsequent satisfaction with their quality control in production.

I wish I could give 5 stars for quality of tube fabrication capabilities, ways to secondary ops the tube, and the level of quality inspection. Then I wish I could give 0 stars for the TE take over. Imagine a high performing state of the art component supplier that made it to top by priding themselves with high quality and good customer relations; now give that company to Gordon Gekko and watch it get destroyed.
