My husband had received bills from microgen health. We paid them and come to find out when I questioned a bill to both microgen and the Doctors office, the Doctors office said we didn’t owe any bills to microgen because they are written off at end of year… we have tried to get our $482.21 back but keep getting the run around. Now there are no support agents to take our calls. This is a very sketchy company as they have received payments already I think thru the Doctors office and now us. They are committing fraud. This is the second time we have used Microgen Health. It is amazing that you can drive up and receive PCR test results in a few hours. Thanks!
I highly recommend. This is the easiest place to get a covid test these days. They do have you wait outside, but it allows them to serve more of the public. They give you the option of doing it yourself or having them do the test. Results came back the same day. Thank you to the staff for all that you are doing these days.
