Recently purchased a desktop at MicroFix. I dealt with Joy. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with, friendly, courteous, patient with this person who does not understand the inner workings of computers. He was happy to transfer everything from my old tower to the new one. I had one question after I got home, he was able to diagnose and figure out the issue I was having over the phone. I'm thrilled with my purchase. Costs were very fair, MicroFix stands behind their work. I'd easily recommend using them, their services.
Just updated my very old system to Windows 11! Microfix did a great job and I love how my new system works. The technician was excellent and explained everything so clearly. I have used Microfix for a number of years now and they never disappoint!
I got my prepaid Sim card here, universal adaptor and screen protector for Samsung phone. Good service and best prices.
This place is so fantastic! They've been our go to spot for our last 3 electronic fixes. (Laptop, Xbox and most recently my phone) You will feel like you have a brand new device & they have warranty *which we've never had to use* The team has always been super friendly & welcoming, with honest communication. But most importantly very AFFORDABLE! Highly recommend!
A couple of weeks ago I took my desktop computer in to have Windows 11 installed. I thought it might need to be upgraded as well. I really appreciated that they did the installation but didn’t upgrade it because they said it wasn’t necessary at this time. I was impressed with the cost and my experience there and will continue to deal with them in the future.
