I have used Microfix two times now. I spilled tea on my laptop computer last fall and after not sure how to get it repaired or fixed up again I started to google laptop repair and Microfix Computer & phone repair came up. The reviews was very good any pointed out very friendly service, quick turnaround time and great quality service at very reasonable cost. My laptop computer was up and running in a day. I already gave them 3 weeks to bother with my request -- only after this review do I get calls and texts. They take an item (tablet in my case) and agree to a repair, only to never actually follow up, saying afterwards that they needed a cable, then that it's too old, then too hard to source parts. "I don't see why you even want to repair it", I was told when I called. You will have to call and enter the store to receive any information, and will be given attitude. Great experience working with (Joy) at Microfix to repair my desk top computer. He was quick , explained everything and provided a three month warranty, and on top of all that it was a very reasonable repair cost. I would recommend them to anyone with computer problem.
Great diagnostics work. They had all the parts to test my AM4 system including motherboards, RAM, PSUs, and CPUs. Thanks to their dedication they were able to identify that my RAM was dead on arrival from a previous warranty claim. For all the techy people that do it themselves: I sincerely recommend Microfix for when you're stuck on diagnostic
