Great experience with multiple issues to a Nintendo Switch. Prices seemed more than fair, and below usual tendencies. Needed a diagnostic performed on a Nintendo Switch as we weren't sure why it had stopped working unexpectedly. They were able to determine and repair the issue in decent time. Price for diagnostic was waived and only had to pay for repair. After that issue was resolved, found that a game had been forced into the game card slot, the wrong way.
