Customer service will not address my issue and refuses to answer my calls or emails.
DO NOT BUY THIS PAINT PRODUCT. IT WILL NOT MATCH AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. I used the VIN and factory paint code to order a spray can of paint. It was not even close. When I telephoned customer service, I encountered "How can I NOT help you?" The first representative refused to give me a refund under any circumstances. "We never do that." Same issue as Kevin J. I paid for 2-3 day shipping as well, which was significantly more expensive than standard shipping. I received an receipt via email that stated "Selecting a faster shipping method does not guarantee a quicker manufacturing process." It would have been nice to have been informed of that before I paid for the 2-3 day shipping. Hopefully when I get my paint, which is scheduled to arrive 11 days after I ordered it, it will be a good match.
Waited 14 days for my paint that was supposed to ship 2-3 day delivery. Never returned my calls or answered my emails. As soon as I filed a dispute with Paypal they shipped.
