I submitted an order for custom printed towels on Aug 1 for an important event. They had a problem retrieving my design from their online system, so I sent a screenshot. 3 weeks later the towels finally arrive. They are AWFUL, unusable, nothing like they show on their website. Chase (customer service) states they never should have been printed and blames the Print Manager. I asked they be reprinted as it is still nearly 2 weeks until my event.
