I would strongly advise against doing business with Microdental. The management is incredibly unprofessional and disorganized. They claim to have contacted our office regarding a past-due balance, yet we never received any communication from them. It’s clear they need to improve communication with the dental offices they serve and remember who is truly keeping their business afloat. Do not send your case to this place if you want it done on time ! Worst professional experience I’ve had in over 20 years !!!
No stars, sent a case initially to them for 6 individual lower anterior crowns and they came back phenomenal....2nd case we sent to them.....totally off!! wrong shade, the crowns were too small and left a 2 mm gap, sent back twice to microdental to have it fixed, and they lost the case, after i called to follow up... worst experience was dealing with the inconvenience from our patient.
Microdental has been my main dental lab for a little over 5 years now. The quality is outstanding and the customer service is excellent. Sometimes they call me before I have a chance to call them for any issue. The MAC STUDIO anterior crowns and veneers are superb. Highly recommend MICRODENTAL.
Fabulous is the best way I can describe the folks and the quality of the work at Microdental. Gold is the 'name of the game' as far as I'm concerned and their partials and crowns cannot be beaten. And, yes, we only do gold partials and have for many, many years. . . and those from Microdental are 'the best'. Try 'em and you'll never goo back to non- precious. WWW
