Sharing my very negative experience - I contacted John (the business owner) to purchase a product (weights 44 lbs) and was told the shipping cost is $270. I was not happy with the high shipping cost, so John agreed that I could provide them with my own shipping label (costs $50). Ketty (the other business owner) went involved and stated that they have outsourced the shipping to a third party and they do not make any profits from the shipping.
