Mid at best. Management is focused on in-fighting. HR oversteps their bounds and tries to get involved in production decisions. No support from upper management. Bought out by venture capital. Probably going to sell for parts and ship production overseas. They honestly do not care about their employees
The food and service is great! The menu has many choices and I have never been disappointed. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about how the food is prepared.
