The fellow that was doing my dearest friend’s eye lashes today made a disgraceful, outrageous and unforgivable comment about how her skin has “broken out more” since she has seen her last.
The level of unprofessionalism displayed was astonishing. Making an unsolicited remark about a customers skin is both inappropriate and unacceptable. Such conduct reflects a serious lack of training, discretion, and basic respect. This experience was extremely disappointing. And we will not be returning.

Madelina is amazing!!! She always does an awesome job with my facials, lash lift and waxing my eyebrows. She is soft and gentle and it’s always a relaxing experience! She is knowledgeable, on time and very detail oriented. Lynn is great too, always friendly! Highly recommend!
