As a Microbiologist, I absolutely love the products that Microbiologics manufactures. The EZ Accu shot is one of the best and most time saving products that I have purchased for our laboratory. The microorganisms usually grow well and the CFU per mL is always spot on so that I do not have to do any dilutions or subculturing. The product is a bit expensive, but the time it saves me in the laboratory is priceless.
Please increase your wages. Especially for departments like packaging. Maybe the high turn over and understaffed situations were connected to 30 cent raises low wages and discrimination for not being vaccinated. You get what you pay for. Monetary incentive working thru the pandemic would be considerate not free meals or jackets. Being healthy requires earning wages above the poverty level. Women dominate the percentage of employees at Microbiologics. Microbiologics would wages be different if the majority were Males?
