Selling phone location data to anyone who will pay for it. Expect lawsuits.
Accept written non-renewal notices more than 60 days out. Tell your sales associates that your contracts do not allow you to sever them by paying for three months worth of the subscription. This was patently untrue. The contract was e-signed; however, once that happened I had no way of opening the contract to review if there is any ability to end the contract early.
Trying to charge me when I didn't use their product. During the trial period I ran several searches which were total crap. This is a terrible product and a more than terrible company. This bondsman says steer clear of them. #ripoff
They access my credit without my permission. They will not return my calls. Now I'm hiring an attorney.
