This place was referred to me by the listing agent when I was trying to buy a home. I'm using FHA and getting payment assistance. I'm not sure if that's why there was so much confusion, but Donna kept informing my loan agent of things VERY last minute. By that I mean 1) told us that the previous taken survey could not be used, on the DAY OF CLOSING. If I could give 10 stars I would. I use a lot of different title companies, but this group is AMAZING! They go above and beyond to assist and to make sure that everything is ready prior to close. They even bring things to my attention that - oh dear - I might have missed. So grateful to have them on my team.
Hands down the best experience I have had with a title company in my 10 years as a real estate investor and realtor!! Donna and her team are outstanding and are the gold standard!
