I recently took my phone to micro solutions to get the screen repaired. I was already a little nervous since it was my first time at this particular shop, but I’d heard decent things online, so I figured I’d give it a try. Big mistake. When I walked in, the front desk person name (maleney) barely looked up from her phone. After waiting for a few minutes, I finally said, "Hi, I need to get my phone screen repaired." the employee is dismissive, unhelpful, and doesn’t make any effort to answer questions or provide clear information. The lack of professionalism and care makes the experience unpleasant for the customer. Front desk lady was awfully ignorant person you could ever met
