Janell is literally the best hair stylist in this city. I’ve been going to her since 2013 and I absolutely will not go anywhere else. Don’t listen to what some lady from California reviewed. She is the absolute best. I would trust her to do ANYTHING to my hair and she’s SO nice and listens to you
Unfortunately Janell is not as good of a hairdresser as she thinks she is. When she highlighted my hair she pulled it several times that made me squirm and when I asked her to please go gentler she made excuses about my scalp being sensitive or maybe my hormones? I’m not from Prescott, I came from the South Bay area in California. I showed up for a booked appt and she booked someone else in my spot the day before, I had driven 30min from my home.
