Testing a sample took 3-4 months Testing a nutritional sample took 3-4 months. The first sample that USPS confirmed was delivered, the lab lost. We had to follow up and provide 5 reminders for anything to happen. In the end, they never found the sample, so we gave up and sent them another sample after wasting 1.5 months. The lab refused to pay for the new sample or provide any compensation at all. Friendly staff, but seems a bit uncoordinated and incompetent.
