Calibration paperwork was faked. Division Manager has no integrity - made up stories to justify quality of service when the device clearly states it has not been calibrated. I spoke with the Director of Operations, Brian Gold, who asked me to send it to the corporate office. I have not yet received my unit, but I received calibration paperwork which shows, again, it has not been calibrated. My device is an Ophir Vega and an F150 sensor. I originally contacted MicroPrecision looking for a new calibration company for my 60+ pieces of electronic test equipment. I was contacted by your account manager Michael Williams, after the initial contact he was not very timely in responding to emails, I am used to getting same day or sometimes next day responses from my current service provider. Had a piece of equipment that needed repaired. I needed it back for a current project so it was time sensitive. After 4 days of emailing and calling Michael Williams with no response, I decided to pick it back up and take it to another business. I would avoid taking anything there unless time is not a factor.
